Regional madkultur Bornholm
Koefoed is as the only restaurant outside Bornholm member of Regional Food Culture Bornholm. The organization is a part of the European guide European network of Regional Culinary Heritage European network of Regional Culinary Heritage, whose goal is to promote regional food culture throughout Europe.
All members of Regional Food Culture Bornholm should sell products or food originating from the island and have a clear regional relationship. We are proud to be members, even though we are placed in Copenhagen. For more information:
