We love cooking and serving our food beautifully and well-prepared for our guests. Food is our passion and livelihood. That is why we do our outmost each and every day, on every plate leaving the kitchen.

Our menu is Danish, sophisticated and classical with a modern touch.  We prefer simplicity over clutter  and clarity over confusion. That is why our menu is simple and with few dishes, which are prepared thoroughly down to the last flavor. Our food is honest, exquisite and prepared with few choices of ingredients primarily from the island Bornholm.

We change our menu every second month according to season.
