The team

We are fortunate to have world class staff at Koefoed. The atmosphere is amazing - both in the kitchen and among the waiters. We like working together and we all have a huge responsibility in making everything succeed every day. We hope our work pleasure rubs off on our guests. At the moment the team consists of:
